On April 21, 2023, Zhejiang Green Europe Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Green Europe Intelligent"), Dongyang Guangming Power Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangming Power"), and Suwen Electric Power signed a "Framework Agreement for Cooperation on a 100MWh Virtual Power Plant Project."
Based on the principles of equality, cooperation, mutual benefit, and friendly consultation, the parties will fully utilize their own resources to improve the utilization rate of clean energy and promote energy conservation and emission reduction, thereby driving the healthy development of energy storage facilities. The three parties aim to complete the investment in the construction of a total 100MWh virtual power plant by the end of 2024.
Phase I Construction Content: Complete the grid connection of a 50MWh distributed user-side energy storage project in 2023.
Phase II Construction Content: Complete the grid connection of a 50MWh distributed energy storage project and build a virtual power plant platform in 2024 to meet the peak-shaving capacity of 100,000 kWh in Dongyang City.
